Ingredients

3 cup Canned undrained tomatoes, cut into chunks
1/2 cup Celery; minced
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon Dried basil
1 tb Onion flakes; minced
1/2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Margarine;
2 teaspoons Sugar or sugar substitute
1 ds Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until celery is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir frequently while cooking.
