Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs chuck roast, cut into cubes
1 10-3/4 oz can french onion soup
1 20-3/4 oz can golden mushroom soup
1 cup sweet vermouth
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and place in a 3 qt. casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 3 hours.
