Ingredients

3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-UP
2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dill weed
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Soak bread crumbs in 7-UP. Add meat, eggs, onion, garlic, salt and dill. Mix thoroughly. Pack into a 1-1/2-quart casserole. Brush with
Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
