Ingredients
1 (32oz) bag sauerkraut, squeeze juice out
1 pound corned beef, chopped
1/2 of (8-oz) bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
12 slices buttered rye bread, cut in 1-inch pieces
Directions
In a 9x13 casserole dish layer the sauerkraut, corned beef, dressing and cheese. Top with the buttered rye bread cubes. Bake uncovered @350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly before eating.
