Ingredients
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup granulated sugar
zest from two lemons
1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
4 tablespoons butter
Directions
Combine the 1/3 lemon juice, 1/3 cup water, and granulated sugar in a saucepan. Heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the zest. Mix the cornstarch in a cup with the 1/4 cup water until it is dissolved. Add that the saucepan. Cook until bubbling and thickened. Remove from the heat and add the butter.
