Ingredients

c. zucchini
1 stalk celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 ripe tomato
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Grate zucchini, ad chopped celery, onion, peeled and cut up tomato, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs and Cheddar cheese. Mix well. Bake in well buttered 9x9 casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
